Many people wait until they get hungry before they eat. What happens next? They grab the first thing they see, which is candy from the office bowl or a  quick nutrient void snack at the drive-thru or grocery store.

Does this ever backfire? I know it does for me.

I can remember when I used to get busy and would forget to eat. The hunger sensation used to be one of the worst feelings I could experience, other than sadness and loneliness. It felt like I was going to die if I didn’t get rid of the hunger pains ASAP. I used to fear hunger and now I know it is because of my pre-healed DNA that was expressing negatively because of ancestral trauma that got passed down from my mother, grandmother, etc.

This is called epigenetics and I am deeply passionate about it. Guess what? We all can heal our DNA and teach it to express positively and one way I have done this is by reprogramming my cells to not fear hunger and I keep healthy adrenal soothing snacks with me and eat every 1.5 – 2 hours. No more crashes and panics for me because I have done my healing work around this and carry snacks with me.

Why experience fear and pain if you don’t have to!?

My favorite snacks are the adrenal supports I have posted about and I get that some people really enjoy high protein and high fat succulentness so I include a recipe here that doesn’t contain any addictive white powders, such as cane sugar and wheat flour or dairy. It is whole raw goodies that are best eaten when slightly warm (room temperature).

Enjoy and if your organs are failing you want to stick with my adrenal snacks as in overcoming fat and protein will not help you heal!
